Primrose Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed terrace, opposite the church, in the picturesque village of Kenton, Devon. Ideally located on the Exe Esturuary and within walking distance of Powderham Castle, this holiday cottage in Devon is the perfect choice whether you are travelling with friends, or planning a family break.

The property consists of two first floor bedrooms, one double and one single, along with a bathroom featuring a shower over bath. A cot bed is available for infants. Primrose has two living rooms on the ground floor, one of these rooms has a sofa bed which can be made up on request to accommodate extra guests. A step down from the dining and living area is the fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. There is also a downstairs WC and small courtyard area to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine. Outside, take a stroll down the gravelled path to a private garden with seating area and access to the garage, which holds a tumble dryer and offers a convenient space to store any bicycles.

The nearest train station is Starcross, about a 10 minute drive from Primrose Cottage. Located on the Exeter to Plymouth line, Devon's Starcross train station offers a diversity of destinations which include an historic city, picturesque towns and a wealth of seaside options. Served by Great Western trains, the highest frequency services depart hourly and run between Exmouth and Paignton via Exeter but there is also a once-per-day service to Bath, Bristol, Penzance, Plymouth and London too.
